I'm pro health. ♥ Not promising that my intake will ALWAYS be healthy. I do slip up and binge and purge or starve myself sometimes. Thats when I need you lot to give me a kick :')
This tumblr is purely to help me stay focused on weight loss/fitness. I recovered from anorexia nervosa around 2 years ago and since then my eating habits have just been rediculous. I tend to cycle through starving, binging, purging, over exercising, trying to eat healthy, starving...I just want to be able to eat healthy and stick to it! Its really fucking hard but I'm sure its worth it.
